Abeo Precision Agriculture Farmland Fund I is a 506(c) Regulation D offering that is focused on the conversion of traditional agricultural farmlands into Precision Agriculture Powered Farmlands.
In converting these farms, we change the crops cultivated from low yield staple crops to a mix of staple crops and higher value cash crop.
The fund’s aim is to benefit from the generational transformational possibilities offered by Automation, Artificial Intelligence and Internet of Things in the management of Farmlands.
We invest in infrastructure and technology to drive operating efficiencies. We aim to increase the production of sustainable food, increase land value, and produce revenue growth.
Abeo Precision Agriculture Farmland Fund buys conventional farms and converts them into farms that are powered with smart tractors, year-round irrigation, smart chips utilizing organic and regenerative principles.

Welcome to Abeo Precision Agriculture Farmland Fund I, as the Chief Financial Officer for the Fund, I am honored to be the custodian for your assets.
This fund is at advanced stages of acquiring over 20,000 Hectares of farmland in Nigeria for primary Cultivation and Processing of Oil Palms, Cashew and Ginger.
We farm directly using a proven methodology which extensively adopts technology in our operations.
Abeo Farm's mission is to reduce carbon footprint and produce healthier crops, richer soils, and cleaner water for the current generation and those to come. This positive social and environmental impact is intrinsic to Abeo Farm's strategy for Abeo Precision Agriculture Farmland Fund I.

I am the Chief Operating Officer for Abeo Precision Agriculture Farmland Fund I.
Abeo Farms enforces a disciplined approach to the integration of contemporary technologies into traditional farming approach.
In addition to adopting sustainable farming using regenerative practices, we abide to the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) .
HAACP is a system which provides the framework for monitoring the total food system, from harvesting to consumption, to reduce the risk of foodborne illness.
The system is designed to identify and control potential problems before they occur.
This approach is more profitable and better for the environment than conventional monoculture farming, it enhance soil health, which improves crop yields, and command a price premium.
