This program constructs and hands over 100 Bird Cage Units for qualified female mebers of the Cooperative Society to own and manage.
The proceeds from the egg and bird sales are used to repay the cost of acquiring rh Boird Cages.
Upon succesful payment completion for ech bisrd vage, allottees are entitle to recieve another bord gae up to a maximum of 5 bird cages (Five Hundred birds).

The program is available to female members of the Cooperative Society who have successfully attended six consecutive monthly meeting s of the society.
The will also be required to obtain a character reference from three upstanding members of the community.
